Fixed Charge Ticket must be used when you send us a RMA for:
- Out of Warranty products
- Perfectly functioning products
In these cases Wispmax will add you shipping cost. After the purchase of the Fixed Charge Ticket the product will be sent back.
The ticket is valid for nr.1 product.
