Quality Certifications
On February 29, 2008 Townet has reached the milestone of the company’s Quality System Certification according to international standard UNI EN ISO 9001 for the design, manufacture, sale and service of telecommunication equipments.
The certification was issued by TUV, the worldwide leading certification company. The purpose of our reached certification is develop, implement and improve the efficiency of the quality management system in order to increase our customers’ satisfaction.
The whole Townet staff is involved in Townet Quality Policy and each business process is continuously monitored. Through management actions and techniques, all the organization procedures and production systems is planned and documented in a systematic way, in order to achieve the following objectives:
- Reach the full customer satisfaction
- Improve operating results
- Achieve improved levels of competitiveness in the market
- Constantly improve product quality and system quality
A crucial point for Quality System is the selection of our suppliers and, therefore, continuous quality control of raw materials and components.
The contribution of our Customers is fundamental for the achievement of quality objectives: any feedback of unsatisfaction from one of our customer is analyzed by the management, in order to find and eliminate the cause. This is crucial because it becomes a starting point for setting a quality system compatible as more as possible to the needs of our customers.
On May 13, 2010 Townet achieved another important objective: the environmental certification UNI EN ISO 14001 referred to the design and sale of telecommunications equipments. Townet is one of the few Italian companies in the telecommunications sector to have obtained the environmental certification ISO 14001. The successful implementation of an environmental management system marks a new move in the implementation of a business model based on maximum sustainability.
